When things start slipping
Most teams don’t realise there’s a product problem until it starts affecting delivery, cost, or growth.
- The roadmap exists, but nothing meaningful is shipping
- The team is busy, but progress feels slow or unclear
- Product decisions are reactive, not structured
- You’ve outgrown your current setup
- You need senior product leadership, but not full-time
Proven outcomes
- Reduced operational costs by £1m/year through digital transformation
- Delivered 900%+ ROI for SaaS clients
- Built and scaled a SaaS platform to 43,000+ users across 145+ countries
- Reduced admin and service time by up to 90%
This isn’t theory — it’s what I’ve delivered.
How I fix and scale products
Product Reset & Structure
I assess where things are breaking down and bring clarity fast.
- Audit product, roadmap, and delivery process
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and missed opportunities
- Create clear structure, priorities, and direction
Delivery & Execution
I don’t just advise — I get things moving.
- Own roadmap and backlog
- Align developers, stakeholders, and business goals
- Ship meaningful improvements quickly
Scale & Optimisation
Once things are working, I help them scale properly.
- Introduce data-led decision making
- Improve workflows and automation
- Reduce cost, time, and operational friction
How I work
I typically work with a small number of companies at a time, either:
Fix and stabilise your product
(4–12 weeks)
To stabilise, structure, and get delivery back on track
Product leadership
(ongoing)
1 - 3 days per week embedded into your team as a senior product lead
The goal is always the same: Make your product deliver what it should.
About
I’ve spent the last 15+ years building and improving digital products across SaaS, finance, and public sector environments.
I started as a developer, which means I understand how things actually get built — not just how they should work on paper.
Over time, I moved into product leadership, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through to live service and continuous improvement.
Alongside this, I’ve built and scaled my own SaaS products, giving me a commercial perspective most product managers don’t have.
Most product managers advise. I take ownership and deliver.
